I am an expert Vascular Access Specialist with over 12 years of experience placing vascular access devices, performing vascular access assessments, educating, and I am a seasoned team manager. My nursing experience spans over 30 years and includes cardiac medical, surgical, and critical care expertise. I have expertise in resource management, task prioritization, problem-solving, and communications. I strive to meet or exceed goals, use analytic abilities and strong management skills to critically analyze situations, identify possible solutions, and implement the most positive, safe, cost-effective resolution. I am a disciplined performer with a focus on results. I am self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a highly skilled time manager. My interest in quality data outcomes and management led me to pursue my master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis in health informatics.
