• Fixed, relaxed schedule — predictable hours, potential of a three day weekend, with no evenings or weekend work EVER.
• WORK of CHOICE , of FULL TIME or PART TIME Schedule, of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays or Monday through Friday.
• Hosted certification and advanced training in laser facial esthetics, LipLASE, sleep apnea, disinfection, pain management, migraine therapy, among other supportive therapies performed with our provider.
• Hands-on experience providing clinical coordination and treatment planning to patients
• Opportunity to learn Dental Implant Coordination from Planning to chairside in surgery.
• Work alongside specialists offering IV Sedation, PRP/PRF, and advanced surgical procedures
• Maintain our team of Dental Assistants sterilization techniques, and training on surgical asepsis.
• Expansion available, if you have interest in planning cases in 3-D, organizing dental implant surgical guides to include, learning to print and produce in our 3-D Cad Cam Print lab and digital environment.
• LASER TREATMENTS after training and certification, One-year profit share incentive program for leading our Laser Treatments, for dedicated long-term leaders who wish to provide these treatments to our patients, in a dedicated specialty area, in our modern facility.

****Ideal Candidate Qualities

We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of clinical ability, administrative confidence, and leadership potential:

• Active RN license (Required)
• Experience with anesthesia, IV sedation support, and blood draws (PRP/PRF experience a plus)
• Surgical experience or comfort in a procedural environment
• Maintaining set up and safe handling in a sterile field.
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Experience leading teams, managing staff, or overseeing office operations (Preferred)
• Positive, poised, dependable, and committed to patient-centered care
• Excited to learn new technologies and integrate advanced esthetic services
